Sarah Palin Hypocrite Socialist

Sarah Palin is called out in this video by Keith Olbermann as being a socialist as well as a big fraud.

Listen to Palin as she in her own words states how Alaskans “share the wealth” by participating in the funds generated by the sell of Alaska’s natural resources. In Alaska, Palin brags, the wealth is shared by all Alaskans. Last year, under Palin’s directive, Alaskans received a check for $1,200 each as their share of the wealth generated by the sale of the state’s natural resources.

I believe that Keith has it right. Isn’t that type of distribution of wealth socialism?

Sarah Palin and Hillary Clinton Together?

In what is sure to become a Saturday Night Live classic Tina Fey as Sarah Palin and Amy Poehler as non other than Hillary Clinton pull off one of the most HILARIOUS parody performances that I have ever seen.

The fact that Tina Fey has an uncanny physical likeness to Sarah Palin and has her mannerisms down pat will have you rubbing your eyes as you watch the performance.

Man, she looks like Palin and sounds like Palin. If Sarah Palin ever needs a double she will have to look no further than Tina Fey.

No matter if you are leaning towards McCain or Obama you will get a kick out of the Saturday Night Live parody. It is a welcome relief from the bitter and not funny at all 2008 presidential election campaign process.

Sarah Palin Russian Expert

The mention of Government Sarah Palin and her foreign policy inexperience hits a nerve with the McCain campaign. Here is a take on their response as posted at Washington Monthly.
=============================
It started like a harmless joke, didn’t it? Sarah Palin is from Alaska, Alaska is near Russia, and since Republican rhetoric has become breathtakingly ridiculous lately, some of us joked that Republicans might think the proximity between the state and the country counts as foreign policy experience. It was meant as satire. No one really expected Republicans to make the argument.

And yet, here we are. On ABC’s “World News Tonight,” none other than John McCain became the latest Republican to make the connection.

GIBSON: But as you know, the questions revolve really around foreign policy experience. Can you honestly say you feel confident having someone who hasn’t traveled outside the United States until last year, dealing with an insurgent Russia, with an Iran with nuclear ambitions, with an unstable Pakistan, not to mention the war on terror?

Sarah Palin Moves to Campaign Center Stage

John McCain made it official today, naming Alaska Governor Sarah Palin as his pick to run for VP on the Republican presidential ticket.

Governor Palin is not well known outside of Alaska. In fact Sarah Palin is not very well known to John McCain either. According to information released by McCain’s staff McCain has only met Palin once and had only one telephone conversation with her ever.

For McCain to decide on someone as young as Governor Palin, she is 44, and for a women with no national or foreign policy experience, is seen by many political analysts as a risky move on the part of McCain. McCain is know for doing the unpredictable but this is a bold move even by his standards. Some call it reckless.

Curious Dangerous Mind of John McCain

There is an interesting article in the Washington Post today titled “The Curious Mind of John McCain”. If the contents of the article are accurate, and I believe that they are, I feel it is entirely justified to add the word “dangerous” to the title.

One of John McCain’s quotes that focused my attention is “Our nation has a unique place in the world. We are the greatest force for good on earth. We chart history’s course. Yes, we must be involved in the destiny of other nations.” This is a throw back to the American president that McCain most admires, Theodore Roosevelt, and is one of the reasons that the American Empire is in so much trouble today.
