As many counties are trying to live through the central bank induced financial catastrophe, services for those communities are on the chopping block.  Countless times we assume the services which our taxes deliver, and whether or not you know it, all those revenue taxes that you forfeit are never going to these services. Those taxes set out to the classified banks that hold the Federal Reserve central bank. The taxes that are utilized to maintain our state, county or city, are resultant from taxes that we shell out whilst going about our daily lives.

An instance would be the gas tax supplementary to every gallon of gas we purchase. That capital is utilized to maintain the roads. When citizens travel less, the revenue from gas taxes begin to fall off drastically. At some moment we start to have retreating income. Such is the case when the powers that be choose that Dust Suppression on our roads will need to be cut. Poor roads – less travel – less driving – less gas tax

When we take a dollar from a resident that is useful and squander it on a non practical event, that buck is gone forever. If we employ that dollar for a beneficial event the dollar remains in the system to deliver further taxes into the system all over again.

Now back to the road dust problem. If the officials in charge of making these decisions could search for a dust control product that will actually save capital instead of merely moving from a actual dust control product to valuable water, the long side of the equation would bring more to the bottom line of the balance sheet. So often, properly intentioned individuals will make decisions based on supplementary knowledge. It’s not automatically their fault but it is their job to prevail over this inability to compute.

With regards to dust control in addition to the cost of operations, if an official deems it too costly to do an application of a premium dust control product, they may fall back on the more widespread yet less efficient techniques of controlling dust. The first of these being the exploitation of water for keeping the dusty dirt wet. This practice although less costly for the preliminary treatment, requires several applications versus the one or two applications of the Dust Abatement product.

As soon as you add up the labor, fuel, time, equipment and other correlated costs to deploying a water truck, you quickly understand that the water truck operations will~ ultimately cost more vs. the application of a good quality product. Thus when your well intentioned official begins hacking at his annual finances, rather than paying for the driving school for the sightless, for the reason that its politically proper, try giving him a lecture in road dust management and how to save expenses.
